THEY WHO WAS CALLING ME SAID, “APPARENTLY A COURT BAILIFF HAS SHOT A LEADER OF A LOCAL YOUTH MUSIC OR THEATRICAL MINISTRY ON THE BYPASS TODAY IN A ROAD RAGE INCIDENT AND POLICE HAVE HAD HALF OF IT SHUT DOWN HALF THE DAY AND ALL HELL HAS BROKE LOOSE IN BG… HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT ANY OF THIS???” MY RESPONSE, SORRY NO I HAVE NOT.

SO AT THAT MOMENT I WENT TO GOOGLED THE INFO I HAD GOTTEN WHICH WASN’T MUCH AT THAT TIME AND COULD FIND NOTHING ON IT. ??? I THEN WAITED TO TRY TO CATCH SOMETHING IN MY LOCAL MEDIA AND I MUST HAVE MISSED IT BECAUSE AGAIN I CAME UP EMPTY… THOUGH I KNOW THIS IS NOT STRANGE FOR BOWLING GREEN WHO’S GOVERNMENT IS GOOD AT WHITEWASHING SHI# IN THE MEDIA. I KNOW BECAUSE I HAVE PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED IT MORE THAN ONCE, DURING THE MEDICAL MARIJUANA CASE I FOUGHT HERE FOR ONE,… AND THEN AGAIN WHEN THEY TURNED ME INTO A KIDNAPPING CULT LEADER IN THE MEDIA TO COVER UP AND DISCREDIT ME AFTER MY BEATING THEM IN COURT DURING THAT FIRST MEDICAL CANNABIS TRIAL HERE IN BG… JUST TO NAME A COUPLE OF TIMES.

I ADMIT, I DON’T REALLY WATCH TV AND CANNABIS PROHIBITION AND THE WORK THAT GOES WITH ENDING IT, IS STILL WHERE MOST OF MY ATTENTION STAYS FOCUSED LATELY TRYING TO END THE WAR ON NATURE… SO MUCH SO, THAT I REALLY THOUGHT NO MORE ABOUT IT ALL UNTIL

* TODAY, ONCE AGAIN, I RECEIVE A CALL ABOUT THOSE PICKETING OUR LOCAL COURT HOUSE HERE WITH SIGNS CARRYING THAT READ, “JUSTICE FOR BRANDON”…

* THEY SAID, “WHAT IS THIS ABOUT? THEY ARE PICKETING THE COURT HOUSE AND DEMANDING JUSTICE FOR BRANDON… WHO IS BRANDON? THEY ARE SAYING A STATE TROUPER SHOT HIM WITH OUT ANY CAUSE…??? WHY??? DO I NEED TO BE PICKETING WITH THEM??? WHAT HAS HAPPENED MARY??? AND I SAID, I DO NOT KNOW UNLESS IT WAS THE SHOOTING YOU CALLED ME ABOUT AWHILE AGO I COULDN’T FIND ANY INFORMATION OR NEWS ON…??? LET ME SEE IF I CAN FIND OUT ANYTHING… I’LL CALL YOU BACK. SO AGAIN I GO TO SEARCH = GOOGLE = ANY SEARCH ENGINE THAT WORKS…

TO FIND ANY INFORMATION I CAN FIND BUT NOW I HAVE A NAME BRANDON AND I AM WONDERING IF BRANDON ISN’T THE NAME OF THE YOUTH PASTOR I HEARD ABOUT EARLIER THIS MONTH WHO HAD BEEN SHOT ON THE BYPASS…. WHILE THINKING I KNOW MOST OF THE CONSTABLES IN THIS TOWN, JUST MOST OF THEM NOT ON A FIRST NAME BASIS…???

SO I FOUND IT FUNNY THAT WHEN I GOOGLED ANY OF THIS INFO I HAVE, I COULD FIND NOTHING BUT THE SAME COMMENTS ON A TOPIX PAGE WHERE IT SEEMS THE STORY OR INFO IS MISSING FROM…??? OR MAY BE THERE WAS NO STORY HERE AND I JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS TOPIX WEB SITE WORKS ONE???

* PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHILE READING THAT I NOW KNOW AFTER ALL MY RESEARCH THAT

TB = TOMMY BROWN = IS A SUPPOSED CONSTABLE AND/OR A COURT BAILIFF??? HERE IN BOWLING GREEN KENTUCKY, I DO BELIEVE I KNOW HIM AS A COURT BAILIFF.

BB = BRANDON BRADSHAW = former local Constable Brandon Bradshaw IS AN EX MILITARY MAN AND A LOCAL YOUTH THEATRICAL LEADER AT SKYPAC AND MINISTER OVER A MUSIC MINISTRY, WHO HAD ALSO RECENTLY RAN FOR THE LOCAL CONSTABLE’S OFFICE. I DID KNOW THAT THERE WAS A BRADSHAW WHO WAS A CONSTABLE BY THE LAST NAME, WHO RAN FOR THE LOCAL CONSTABLE’S OFFICE, ALTHOUGH I WASN’T AWARE OF HIS YOUTH THEATRICAL APPOINTMENT OR HIS MUSIC MINISTRY. ??? WHICH I FIND A LITTLE STRANGE, BUT ONLY A LITTLE I HAVE BEEN SHUT IN DUE TO A BROKEN CAR FOR WAY TOO LONG. SO THIS INFO WAS ALL CONFUSING AT FIRST FOR ME.

* ALL OF IT MAKES ME SAY HMMM??? REALLY??? NO CHARGES??? NO WONDER THEY ARE PICKETING. CONCLUSIONS FROM WHAT I HAVE READ, TELL ME…

BOTH MEN HAD GUNS, WHETHER BRADSHAW HAD ONE IN HAND AT THE TIME OF THE SHOOTING IS NOT CLEAR??? BOTH MEN DECIDED TO TAKE THEIR ISSUES IN TO A PARKING LOT INSTEAD OF CALLING POLICE. WHO FOLLOWED WHO IN, IS NOT CLEAR TO ME??? YET, WHAT DOES IT MATTER BOTH HAD MEANS TO CALL POLICE OR DRIVING TO THE LOCAL POLICE STATION JUST A FEW MORE BLOCKS AWAY OR THE HILL FROM THEIR LOCATIONS… INSTEAD OF PULLING INTO THE PARKING LOT. DID THEY BOTH NOT HAVE CELL PHONES ON THEM??? NEITHER CAN CLAIM FEAR OR SELF DEFENSE IN MY OPINION.

BROWN SHOT BRADSHAW POINT BLANK, 3 TIMES ACCORDING TO ALL REPORTS. BOTH HAD THEIR WIVES WITH THEM, YET, NEITHER OF THEIR WIVES WERE DRIVING. EVEN THOUGH AT LEAST ONE {MAYBE BOTH} CLAIMS TO HAVE BEEN DRIVING WITH THE FLUE AND A FEVER OF OVER 100 DEGREES THAT CLOUDED HIS JUDGMENT??? CAN ANYONE SAY CONTROL FREAK??? OR IS IT THAT THE WIFE HAD NO LICENSE AND NO CELL PHONE = STILL SUGGEST TO ME THE HUSBAND(S) WAS A CONTROL FREAK AND POSSIBLY AN ABUSER??? NEITHER WIFE CALLED 911 FOR HELP BEFORE THE SHOOTING??? WHO DID THEY FEAR MOST THE AGGRESSOR IN CONFRONTATION TAKING PLACE OR THEIR HUSBANDS??? OR WERE THEY PARTICIPANTS IN IT ALL??? BOTH CLAIM TO HAVE BEEN AFRAID?? OF WHO IS THE QUESTION??? WHY DIDN’T EITHER CALL POLICE UNTIL AFTER THE ONE HAD BEEN SHOT??? THE STORY DOESN’T ADD UP, SEEMS SOMEONE IS LYING HERE… AND LIKE THERE IS SOME KIND OF COVER UP GOING ON IN THIS CASE AS ONE INVESTIGATES FURTHER…

WE KNOW FROM INFO PROVIDED FROM WHAT WE READ BELOW… BRADSHAW ALSO HAD 3 KIDS, AND AT LEAST ONE CHILD WITH HIM AT THE TIME, ALONG WITH HIS WIFE IN THE CAR… IT ALSO APPEARS BRADSHAW WAS SHOT IN THE SIDE OF HIS NECK AND ARM. THIS MAKES NO SINCE ACCORDING TO THE STATEMENTS BEING MADE UNLESS HE WAS SHOT WHILE REACHING FOR HIS GUN? REALLY??? THEN HOW COULD HAVE HAVE BEEN DOING THE THREATENING??? HOW COULD HAVE EX MILITARY AND AN EX CONSTABLE HAVE TAKEN HIS EYES OF A THREAT OR A TARGET??? OVER CONFIDENCE ??? = NO FEAR… OR WAS HE THE ONE WITH THE FEVER??? BECAUSE THAT INFO WAS REALLY CONFUSING…??? ONE MINUTE I THOUGH THEY WERE SAYING BROWN HAD A FEVER THE NEXT IT SEEMED BRADSHAW WAS. ??? OR WERE THE WIVES THAT JUST SAT THERE AND DID NOTHING… DID THEY HAVE FEVERS???

OR WAS SOMEONE DRUNK???

I have been in warren county for over 5 decades and I can’t ever remember a time when something so senseless has happened and can’t ever recall a situation in which so many people were fired up and upset. I am not a crier, but I have shredded tears over this one, that picture of his new baby from last week just breaks me apart.

Don’t forget Katie Autry, or the little girl abducted from her apartment’s lawn on Shive Lane, or the girl who worked at the shoe store on the corner of Cabell and the By-Pass when it was robbed, whose body was found later raped and dismembered! But this one is different for one fact. We all fear that the good ole boy system of false protection and looking the other way extends all the way down to ‘court appointed bailiffs’!!!

It’s a tragedy that Bradshaw ran a guy down cussing and swerving and then blocked him in and rammed his truck, then pulled a gun and wound up dead. It goes to show any level headed person can let anger drive them to make terrible mistakes. A Fatal mistake in this case.

It’s a shame the way ppl in BG are acting, calling for Browns death. We all know it’s a tragedy, but any of you would have reacted the same way when ran down and threatened by a gun toting tatted up maniac. I say maniac because Brandon was obviously maniac at the time this happened. That very well could have been anger on top of having a 100+ temp. Not saying that was his daily character, but it was his character at the time of the incident. I pray for both families.

As popular as this guy seems to have been how did he lose a race for constable of all things? For that matter why did he want to be a constable?

Really:

He blocked him…Brandon’s truck was behind Mr. Brown’s truck.

Rammed his truck…witness said Brandon’s truck him Mr. Brown’s truck after he was shot.

Tatted maniac…so was it the 100+ fever or the tattoos that made him a maniac?

Brown pulled in, to get off the road away from Bradshaw, bradshaw followed him in. If you have ever been on that road you know it would take several minutes to be able to pull back out.

I said he was maniac at the time because he let anger cause him to run someone down and show a gun. I didn’t know Bradshaw but from what I hear this was out of character for him(I would hope so). My guess is anger+fever caused him to temporally loose his mind.

I just think people need to leave brown alone. I guarantee he is having a lot harder time with this than anyone can imagine. If someone is parked behind you acting that way with a gun you aren’t going to wait and see if they shoot you and your wife in the back of the head while you dial 911.

I don’t think what I said is disrespectful to anyone, it’s absolutely a shame this happened. Just don’t call for browns head just yet.

If it somehow comes out he chased him down just to kill him in broad daylight for no reason in the busiest part of town(c’mon, really?) then I say do what you will with him.

KSP is investigating this, not BGPD or WCPD, they don’t care about this supposed “good ole boy coverup”.

I feel horrible for his wife and children. I also feel horrible brown is receiving death threats for defending his life and his wife’s life.

Richie Parker- Leave Brown alone? He’s having a hard time?? DUH?? In this country there is such a thing as justice and paying the time when you commit a crime!! You must be one dunb moran! So when someone murders someone we should just realize the murderer is probably feeling bad about what he did and pat him on the back! Geez, it doesn’t get much dumber than your comment.

Richie Parker, before you get on here and start stating “facts” maybe, just maybe you might want to go to WBKO and take a look at the pictures and articles that have been written about what happened. Anyone can see that Brown’s truck was in position to pull out of the parking lot without having to back up, yet instead of just driving off he chose to get out of his truck and confront Brandon. I knew Brandon well and nobody could convince me that he was waving a gun around while driving down the road, all Brown had to do was pull out of the parking lot and drive straight to the police station a few blocks away if he was so scared of what the “tatted up maniac” was going to do to him. IF Brandon did have a gun, there was no way Brown could have seen it until he reached Brandon’s truck just by the way the trucks were sitting in the parking lot. During your first post you did not get one single fact correct about this tragedy. All you posted were rumors and incorrect facts. I know it’s Topix, but seriously at least educate yourself with the actual details of the conversation before you start with the “this is how it happened” attitude.

I have kept up with this since it happened. If Brown thought he and his wife were in danger why did he get out of his vehicel and not drive off and call 911 and drive toward the police station. How do you explain shooting him not once but three times? I do not know either one but this tradgey makes not sense. If I thought someone was after me I would not get out of my car and confront them IF he had a gun. No matter how this is spin it is a senseless crime. I feel so bad for Brandon’s family and I also feel bad for Brown because he is the one that is going to have to live with what he did taking 3 young childrens father away from them, and a man that served our country. And for what reason?

man on the scene wrote:

“Wrong” is hard to define. I am saying that he unquestionably had other options (than walking up to the guy’s window and shooting. Generally speaking, when you have other options, you get charged with manslaughter. For example, he could have easily driven off, called for backup, and had a MARKED CAR(s) with a UNIFORMED police officer(s) intervene. Or, he could have left his truck parked where it was, and run into one of the businesses and ask them to lock the door, or simply run away. Or, he could have taken up a defensive position, and waited for help to arrive. In otherwords, he did have options.
Everything about the circumstances at the scene suggested (and before I knew either of them had any law enforcement background) that it was more than a random happening, but rather that the two individuals have a personal beef. Police officers don’t approach the window of a car, by themselves, with their gun drawn — any reason to believe the guy is a threat, they stay with their own vehicle, and order the person to get out, hands raised, yadda yadda. Rational conclusion is that this fellow had intent when he walked back to the other guy’s truck with gun pulled. Whether his actions pass technical muster under the law is for someone else to determine; but my conclusion at the scene was correct: the two did know each other prior to the event. And I believe that the shooter’s judgement was clouded by that fact. I guess the question of “right and wrong” may never been fully settled.

Being a road rage incident, two men, both legally carrying weapons that somehow believed they were tough because of that pulled into that parking lot to be confrontational! That act alone should remove any and all protection that EITHER man should have for self defense! If the shooter did or didn’t already have gun drawn, he pursued the victim by pulling in and approaching the other vehicle, he initiated the face to face confrontation.

Both men could have kept driving and called the police. Because the constable (former or current) also made the choice to pull off for this road rage incident, I do not believe he was justified in brandishing his weapon that sources say he did. And while the shooter may have only pulled his own weapon and fired shots after the victim displayed his, he should NOT be protected from murder (attempted or not) charges being brought against him as his actions of road rage, and attempting to be part of that altercation where not in the line of duty nor justified! Neither had business in that parking lot, both pulled in for the sole purpose of the altercation! And honestly the law should not protect either one of them!

Sad but true! There where options! Cloudy or not, personal anger doesn’t change the law on your options! To many people think that gun makes them tough and perhaps this is a good lesson for people to see! You do NOT know who is carrying and who isn’t, and just because you are doesn’t mean you are stronger. I’m certain he had no plan of shooting when he pulled in there, but his actions put himself in that situation. As someone who carries, I understand I can not take risks to provoke violence and still rely on my state to help protect me if I ever had to use a gun.

This tough guy bad ass shit has been old for a long time! You see it everywhere. People bitching and griping, “you don’t know me” meaningless threats. It’s old, I don’t care how tough anyone is. They all need to grow up!

Did anyone really expect TB to admit to any sort of mistake?!? That is what people do is immediately claim innocent and/or self defense. I am not surprised and expected it, but it still makes me angry! I know both people involved. I am just like everyone else ad want answers. I was not there. I do not know facts. But relying on common sense, BB never gets out of the truck, and shot 3 times. I still cannot get away from how TB had many other decisions he could have made, even ones in self defense and he chose to shoot a man 3 times. I think the smartest thing I have seen someone on here say is I think another KsP post and judges need to be brought in. There is just too much room for not treating this fairly.

If you were a passenger(Brown’s wife) in a vehicle and felt threatened, would you not call 911? BG has enough officers that are on the bypass, they could have responded immediately. Passenger makes (2) to claim self-defense.

When a man gets out of his car, walks up and puts three shots into a guy, even if the guy that was shot had a gun, Helen Keller could see that the shooter was the problem, you can not do that. Rode rage or not, you just can not get out of a car and go shoot somebody, guilty as hell.

Have they released information stating the victim had a gun? BB had just found out he had the flu and was going home. It seems unlikely that anyone with the flu wants to do anything other than go home. Confrontational behavior doesn’t fit the scenerio. Why was there NO ATTEMPT at helping the victim? Really? Standing there with a gun for a long period of time? EMS going to deputy first then victim? How long did that take? Mr. Brown’s lawyer already on the news saying he has the facts and BB was in the wrong?? GMAB. I hope there is someone to represent BB family in this rotten situation. A court security officer was COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE flashing his badge and brandishing a gun. This man should be in jail like EVERY OTHER NON POLICE person would be for this behavior!!!!!!!MUG SHOT on the news at every chance. If this had been ANYONE else (non law enforcement) they would be in jail. A bailiff is not even law enforcement!!!!!!!!!!

To go on what you are saying, if I was going to pull out a shotgun I think that I would be looking at my target. One of the bullets entered by his ear and exited out of his neck. This shows that Brandon was not even looking at the bailiff. I’m not saying Brandon had a shotgun by any means, but if he was going to try to harm Brown wouldn’t he at least look at him? With Brandon being prior service he knows to focus not only on his target but what’s behind the target. Instead he was shot while looking forward… Brown was the aggressor, brown got trigger happy, and brown should face the consequences of his actions. There’s a man fighting for his life while the one who put him in the hospital is at home with his family. Had a civilian done the same thing they would have been tossed into jail the moment the cops arrived. Such a tragedy and my prayers are with brandon and his family.

* SO NOW THAT I/WE HAVE MORE FACTS TO GO ON, SO LET’S OR I WILL EXTEND AND RENEW MY SEARCH FOR INFORMATION OR NEWS…??? AND SEE WHAT WE COME UP WITH

http://www.wbko.com/home/headlines/Constable-Says-Bradshaw-Was-Hard-Working-Official-193692611.html

“former Constable Brandon Bradshaw was shot by Warren County Court Security Officer Thomas Brown.

“I just could not believe it all last evening. I was getting all kinds of phone calls. I couldn’t believe it, and I still don’t believe it this morning. It’s inconceivable,” said Constable Gene Willett.

Warren County Judge/Executive Mike Buchanon appointed Brandon Bradshaw to the office of Constable in April of 2012 to replace Charles Russell, who resigned because of legal problems.”

* I FIND THIS COMMENT OUTRAGEOUS AND HYSTERICAL ALL AT ONE HERE BECAUSE I PERSONALLY KNOW CHARLES RUSSEL = THE SEXUAL MOLESTER CONSTABLE… AND WHY HE RESIGNED, AND THAT HIS LEGAL TROUBLES ARE CONNECTED TO HIS EMBEZZLEMENT OF FUNDS FROM HIS OFFICE AS CONSTABLE TO PAY FOR HIS NARCOTIC ADDICTION… NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THIS GUY HAS A REP FOR USING HIS CAR AND BADGE TO TRY TO PICK UP OR HARASSER WOMEN IN THE STREETS OF BG… AND YES HE HAS TRIED TO USE HIS BADGE TO PICK ME UP IN THE PAST THOUGH HE WILL ACT AS IF THAT IS NO BIG DEAL… DESPITE ME LETTING HIM KNOW AT THE TIME IT WAS A BIG DEAL… BUT I AM BUNNY TRAILING HERE EXCUSE ME. IT JUST ANOTHER SOMETHING ELSE WARREN COUNTY HAS BEEN VERY GOOD AT WHITEWASHING IN THE MEDIA FOR YEARS… AS WE CAN SEE BY THIS COMMENT.

* ALSO TAKEN FROM THAT ARTICLE/PAGE…

“The office of Constable has come under scrutiny recently for its lack of official training.

“The one thing I would say about Brandon, all the time he was a constable he was fighting to get formal training,” said Willett.

When asked if this puts Constables in a bad light, this was Willett’s response.

“No, Brandon was no longer a constable, and if it put a bad spin on anybody, it would have been the sheriff’s office. I can’t imagine any officer drawing their weapon and approaching a vehicle, and that’s the way I understood it, that he was approaching Brandon’s vehicle with his weapon drawn,” said Willett.

Now, Kentucky State Police will continue to investigate the shooting.

KSP says Bradshaw remains in critical condition at Vanderbilt hospital.”

* SO ARE WE TO CONCLUDE… IT WAS BROWN WHO GOT OUT AND WALKED UP TO BRADSHAWS VEHICLE??? THAT WOULD JIVE WITH THE FACT THAT BRADSHAW WAS SHOT IN THE SIDE OF THE NECK… SO WHY IS A COURT DEPUTY GETTING OUT WITH GUN DRAWN??? AND ONE MINUTE BROWN HAD JUST LEFT THE DOCTORS BECAUSE OF THE FLUE AND THE NEXT IT WAS BRADSHAW THAT WAS CRAZED WITH FEVER. AGAIN? WERE THEY ALL ILL???

UPDATE: Shooting on the Bypass in Bowling Green

http://www.wbko.com/news/headlines/BREAKING-NEWS-Shooting-On-The-Bypass-In-Bowling-Green-193356941.html

“Mr. Brown has been placed on administrative leave, per the Warren County Sheriff’s Department’s policy,” said Trooper Jonathan Biven. Bradshaw is a former Warren County Constable, and current SkyPAC Youth Theater Educator.”

“KSP says Bradshaw was transported by ambulance to The Medical Center in critical condition, and was later transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. Brown was not injured.

There were two pickup trucks at the scene. One truck’s passenger side window was shattered. Kentucky State Police are not releasing details regarding the cause of the shooting.”

Nearby Business Talks About Shooting

http://www.wbko.com/news/headlines/Nearby-Business-Talks-About-Witnessing-Shooting-193702591.html

After workers heard the first shots, some of them came outside and saw everything that happened from across the street.

“He just stood there and held the gun on him, and someone came out of the boutique and he pulled a badge out of his back pocket and waved it toward them, and stood there and held the pistol on the guy in the truck until the police showed up,” said First Step Prosthetics co-owner Jeremy Harris.

“It turned into a big crime scene. When police came all weapons were drawn on this guy. It was kind of an intense moment,” said First Step Prosthetic Co-owner Dan Hatting.

Another worker says he walked outside just after the shots were fired, and witnessed what happened from that point forward.

“The man that got shot… he never exited his vehicle through the whole incident,” said Jeremy Harris.

Following the incident, one worker says the two cars appeared to be touching.

“Once shots were fired into the white Ford, the driver obviously lost control and consciousness and ran into the back of the Chevy,” said First Step Prosthetics Technician Josh Harris.

Harris says after the police arrived, they spoke with Brown, and Bradshaw was placed in the ambulance and taken to the hospital.”

I HAVE SHOPPED HERE IN THE PAST. IT APPEARS FROM WHAT I KNOW OF IT AND THE PICTURES THAT EITHER COULD HAVE PULLED ON AWAY IN SOME DIRECTION ON THROUGH OR OUT OF THE PARKING LOT AT ANY GIVEN TIME. YET, NEITHER DID. WHILE BOTH PULLED INTO THE PARKING LOT INSTEAD OF CALLING POLICE. WHY??? BOTH SAW THEMSELVES AS BEING LAW ENFORCEMENT AND/OR POWERFUL IN THE COMMUNITY… IN MY OPINION, THEREFORE THEY BOTH SAW THEMSELVES AS BEING IN CONTROL…. AND BOTH SEEMED CONFRONTATIONAL ACCORDING TO THEIR ACTIONS… AND WHEN THE ONE WASN’T LOOKING THE OTHER SHOT HIM IN THE SIDE OF THE HEAD… ALSO IN MY OPINION OR CONCLUSION. I CAN NOT SEE EITHER OF THEM CLAIMING SELF DEFENSE HERE.

* FURTHER MORE, IF I AM GUILTY OF A FELONY FOR CUSTODIAL INTERFERENCE FOR BRINGING A RUN AWAY ACROSS STATE LINES TRYING TO RETURN HER TO HER HOME. BECAUSE I DIDN’T CALL POLICE OR CALL FOR HELP FIRST.

BROWN IS GUILTY FOR TAKING THE LAW INTO HIS OWN HANDS AND NOT CALLING POLICE FIRST WHEN DECIDING TO PULL OFF INTO THE PARKING LOT.

JUST AS IS BRANDON BRADSHAW WHO DECIDED TO FOLLOW HIM ON INTO THE PARKING LOT.

* SHOULD EITHER OF THESE MEN HOLD THEIR POSITIONS IN THE COMMUNITY OR HAVE ANY FUTURE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AFTER??? AND WHY ARE EITHER OF THEM CONSIDERED SO UPSTANDING??? NEITHER OF THEM TOOK THE SAFETY OF THEIR FAMILIES OR THEIR COMMUNITIES INTO ACCOUNT WHEN CHOOSING TO PULL INTO THAT PARKING LOT OVER ROAD RAGE??? REALLY??? ARE WE REALLY TO BELIEVE THIS??? WHEN BOTH HAVE HAD A PAST WITH EACH OTHER…

* AS FOR THOSE WHO WANT THE TRUTH AND JUSTICE???

GOOD LUCK WITH THAT HERE IN BOWLING GREEN. UNTIL ALL THOSE INVOLVED GET HONEST AND WHO ARE SUPPOSEDLY INVESTIGATING IN THIS CASE… AND THEN, I HAPPEN TO KNOW THAT THE GOOD OLE BOY SYSTEM HERE GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE SUPREME COURTS HERE AND THE FEDS. SO GOOD LUCK WITH THAT CRAP.

Richie Parker “KSP is investigating this, not BGPD or WCPD, they don’t care about this supposed “good ole boy coverup”.

ROLMAFO!!! NOT TO BE DISRESPECTFUL… BUT JUST LOOK AT THE HISTORY MAKING “STAY GRANTED BY THE JUDGE” IN MY CASE… THAT WAS LATER TURNED INTO A PAPER WORK ERROR ON PAPER IN THE COURTS AND THEIR RECORDS. SO WTFE!!! LMAO!!! STILL ROLLING…..

HOW CAN ANYONE BE MORE DISRESPECTFUL, THAN THOSE INVOLVED HERE, HAVE ALREADY BEEN???

JUST MY OUT OPINION!!!

* MORE IMPORTANT AND RELATED INFO FOUND IN THIS CASE… and more opinions…

Comparing and Contrasting a Deputy Sheriff and a Court Security Officer

“Tommy Brown does have a concealed carry permit yes, he does. If they have the permit and choose to carry a firearm then that’s their right to do so,” he says, “They go to the range with our officers and do our training here also.”

* FROM MY KNOWLEDGE OF GOVERNMENT AND SECURITY – AS A FORMER SECURITY GUARD FOR A PRIVATE SECURITY FIRM = UNITED SECURITY. HE IS A DEPUTY OF THE COURT, THROUGH THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE, UNLESS THEY HAVE HIRED A PRIVATE SECURITY FIRM??? WHICH I QUESTION HOW LEGAL OR CONSTITUTIONAL THAT WOULD BE? ARE THEY TRYING TO SNOWBALL US HERE???

THEY DO GET BY WITH UTILIZING PRIVATE AND CORPORATE OWNED PRISON SYSTEMS, REHABS, HALFWAY HOUSES,… WHICH ARE ALL ON THE OTHER END OF SO-CALLED JUSTICE AND TRUTH.

Kentucky State Police said Friday it has finished its investigation into the Feb. 26 shooting death of Brandon Bradshaw, 27, who was shot on U.S. 31-W By-Pass by Warren County Sheriff’s Office court security officer Thomas Brown.

Brown fired three shots at Bradshaw in the parking lot of Michelle’s Consignment Boutique, 1135 U.S. 31-W By-Pass. Bradshaw died March 2 at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville.

The KSP has refused to release any details of what led up to the shooting and has declined comment on whether Bradshaw had a weapon. That policy hasn’t changed.

“We’re not releasing anything from this point on,” Kentucky State Police Post 3 public affairs Trooper Jonathan Biven said, adding that they are leaving the prosecution of the case up to Warren County Commonwealth’s Attorney Chris Cohron.

No charges have been filed against Brown.

“We’re just waiting to meet with Chris Cohron and review all the facts,” Biven said.

HOW VERY TRAGIC FOR THE CHILDREN, LOVED ONES, WITNESSES, COMMUNITY AFFECTED BY THE EGO’S THAT WERE SO OBVIOUSLY AT WORK HERE.

AGAIN, JUST MY OPINION!
